Signature Strengths® Identification

Values are feelings, attitudes, and beliefs, formed during significant life events. Acknowledging your positive values as strengths, can be liberating, motivational, and inspirational!

Often, we are unaware that our ‘values collective’ may have formed unrealised behavioural patterns. This occurs during positive and adverse life experiences. When unidentified, unhelpful patterns can unknowingly impact our overall wellbeing, personal growth, relationship success, social connection, and development of professional capabilities.

Signature Strengths® identification positions positive core values as ‘motivational drivers’ to support wellbeing, reduce stress, and gain clarity in decision-making, towards transformative change.

Signature Strengths® six steps

When working with clients through the Signature Strengths® framework, together we acknowledge positive traits and apply them to address issues inhibiting growth and development, building confidence and competence to strengthen outcomes.

The Signature Strengths® program is achieved through a six-step process by:

Collaborating to facilitate expression of challenges.

Identifying

Identifying Signature Strengths® to help express ‘voice, define purpose, and develop agency’, proactively addressing challenges, growth and accountability, towards resolving concerns.

Developing

Developing a Goal Accountability and Achievement Plan™, to improve self-regulation, strengthen response-ability, and experience the benefits of self leadership.

Keynote Presentation: “My Story, Your Story, Our Story™”

“I share my story, because together, with greater awareness of the effects of life-challenges, we can facilitate positive, holistic development of individuals.”

A key component of motivational speaking and keynote addresses, the ‘My Story, Your Story, Our Story™’ is based on the lived experience of MBL Founder, Karelynne Randall, and her journey of transformation, sharing how everyone has the power to work through challenges and change their life–for the better.

Through the power of reflecting upon, or sharing our stories in a constructive and systematic way, we can identify the limitations and challenges we face or unknowingly place on ourselves, to break free of blocks and gain greater freedom and wellbeing, to thrive and flourish.
